About Us

Our History
Knox-St. Andrews has grown from two congregations who had their roots in the Scottish settlements of Wallacetown and Dutton Ontario. Beginning in 1852 and 1877 respectively, these churches worshiped as a three-point charge of St. Andrews Wallacetown, Knox Dutton, along with Knox West Lorne for many years. On May 30, 2000 the congregations of St. Andrews Wallacetown and Knox Dutton voted to amalgamate into one church called “Knox-St. Andrews”, worshiping together in the Dutton building. Mindful of our rich heritage of over 290 combined years of worship, and our many ancestors who have dedicated their lives to these two congregations, we have recently celebrated our 23rd year of worship together as Knox-St. Andrews.
